Instructions
1. Heat herbal tea or water to just below boiling (not boiling to preserve collagen).
2. Sprinkle gelatin powder over liquid and stir well until fully dissolved (30-60 seconds).
3. Add honey, turmeric, or lemon as desired for flavor and benefits.
4. Sip slowly with or 15-20 minutes before breakfast for maximum satiety.
