Ingredients
Scale
- 12 to 16 oz cold water
- Juice of 1 lemon (or 2 tbsp bottled lemon juice)
- 6 to 10 basil leaves, gently torn
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Optional: a few ice cubes or a thin slice of ginger
Instructions
- Add everything to a big glass or jar.
- Stir really well.
- Wait 5 minutes and stir again so the chia does not clump.
- Sip and enjoy!
- If you have time, let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes for a thicker consistency.
