- 4 cups spinach (packed)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Ice, as needed
Instructions
- Blend water and spinach first until totally smooth.
- Add everything else and blend again.
- Adjust with ice if you want it thicker.
Notes
For variations, try using different fruits or greens like kale or romaine. Adjust sweetness with lemon or berries.
