Ingredients
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 cup cold water or herbal tea
1/2 cup hot water (not boiling)
1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry or tart cherry juice
Stevia or monk fruit, to taste (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour cold water or tea into a mug and sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface. Let bloom for 3–5 minutes.
2. Add hot (not boiling) water and stir continuously until the gelatin fully dissolves and the liquid is clear.
3. Stir in unsweetened cranberry or tart cherry juice.
4. Add sweetener or lemon juice if desired.
5. Drink warm or chill for 30–60 minutes for a soft-set texture. Consume 20–30 minutes before meals.
Notes
Always bloom gelatin in cold liquid to prevent clumping.
Do not use sweetened juices or flavored gelatin mixes.
This recipe supports satiety but should not replace balanced meals.
For best results, use grass-fed bovine or fish gelatin.
