Ingredients
1.5 cups warm filtered water (not boiling)
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root
1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
1/4 teaspoon organic ground turmeric
1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
1. Heat filtered water until warm (approx 110°F) and pour into a glass vessel.
2. Grate fresh ginger root directly into the warm water to release the gingerol compounds.
3. Stir in the raw apple cider vinegar to introduce beneficial acetic acid.
4. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, ground turmeric, and black pepper.
5. Stir vigorously and consume immediately on an empty stomach.
Notes
Consumption Note: Drink through a glass straw to protect tooth enamel from the acidity.
Clinical Tip: Do not use boiling water, as extreme heat destroys the beneficial enzymes in the raw vinegar.
