Ingredients
1 tbsp raw Manuka honey (UMF 10+ or higher)
1 cup warm filtered water
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 pinch of ground ginger
Instructions
1. Heat the filtered water until warm to the touch, but not boiling.
2. Add the Ceylon cinnamon and ground ginger directly into a mug.
3. Pour the warm water into the mug and stir in the raw honey until completely dissolved.
4. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and stir gently.
5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach to maximize gut absorption.
Notes
Storage: Best consumed immediately. Do not store.
