Ingredients
1 tbsp grass-fed bovine gelatin
4 oz room temperature water
8 oz hot herbal tea or lemon water
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
1 squeeze fresh organic lemon
Instructions
1. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over 4 oz of room temperature water for 3 minutes.
2. Heat your tea or lemon water until steaming but not boiling.
3. Pour the hot liquid over the bloomed gelatin matrix.
4. Stir or froth for 30 seconds until the mixture is completely clear.
5. Drink slowly 20 minutes before your largest meal of the day.
Notes
Always use grass-fed bovine gelatin for the correct amino acid profile.
Do not use boiling water as it degrades the protein structure.
