Instructions
- Add exactly one half cup of dry, raw rolled oats to a high-speed blender.
- Pour in one cup of exceptionally cold, filtered water.
- Squeeze the fresh juice from half a lime directly into the pitcher, avoiding seeds.
- Add the ground cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt.
- Blend on the highest speed for exactly 45 seconds until perfectly smooth. Consume immediately.
Notes
Storage: Do not store this drink. It must be consumed immediately or the fiber will turn into a solid gel.
Substitution: You can use unsweetened almond milk instead of water for a creamier texture.
Tip: Never use instant oats; they digest too rapidly to provide the necessary satiety.
